PRE & POST NATAL YOGA

Relaxing your body and resting a busy brain so you have time and space to grow, repair or restore your energy.

I offer private pre and post natal yoga classes, available for any trimester. You can come to have some peaceful time on your own; you can come with your partner; or if you are part if a group of Mum's or Mum-to-be's that want to try out some yoga you can come along as a group of 4.

​

My aim is to help you relax and gently strengthen your body, giving you tools and breathing techniques to help you though your pregnancy, labour and beyond.

£40 for 60 minutes (for up to 4 people)
